West Law, PLLC is proud to announce that recently (November 2017) negotiated a settlement agreement on behalf of one of its clients for excess of 1 (one) million dollars in a products liability case.  More importantly, the pursuance of this case by our firm and our Client helped to create additional safeguards that we hope benefits the safety of workers in one of the U.S.’s most dangerous professions.
